If your busy schedules just can't line up for weekly sessions; if the traditional 55-minute or 85-minute weekly sessions are simply not enough for your relationship, because everything just feels too heavy right now and you want to see change and feel better soon, this might be the opportunity for you to finally connect with one another!

What to expect

3hrs-6hrs/day of therapy time plus breaks
Homework provided for between sessions

This is a collaborative process and we will tailor the structure specifically to your relationship needs in terms of session length. I typically reserve Fridays, some Saturdays and Sundays for Intensive sessions.

More information

Like traditional weekly sessions, Couples Intensive is not a magic pill, it won't fix everything overnight. However, it does offer this highly-focused and immersive experience, where couples can make accelerated progress towards breaking free from their negative cycles, creating safety within the relationship, re-connecting emotionally and repairing past attachment wounds.

Couples Intensive can be an one-time commitment followed by weekly/bi-weekly sessions, or it can be an on-going process, depending on your unique relationship needs. I ask my couples to attend Intensives in person, as it is strenuous for all of us physically, emotionally and mentally. I could support you more effectively in person, it also helps me to stay present as it requires a lot of emotional capacity on my end, to hold structure and invite you to dive deeper during these Marathon sessions. Telehealth will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
